Precious DesignOnline is a young, forward thinking, enthusiastic design company based near Whitchurch, in Shropshire. The company was set up by Philip Barrow, who has many years' experience in print design and production, as well as experience in web design. He worked for many years' on Parker's Car Price Guide (www.parkers.co.uk) and Property Secrets (www.propertysecrets.net) whilst actively trying to get enough new business to work full time on web design, running his own business.

Philip is CIW qualified and has worked on successful sites such as Parker's Car Price Guide, Property Secrets and Wrexham County Borough Council. He has also recently launched a site for a local business, Dinner By Design.
