The company was set up by Philip Barrow, who has many years' experience in print design and production, as well as experience in web design. He worked for many years' on Parker's Car Price Guide (www.parkers.co.uk) and Property Secrets (www.propertysecrets.net) whilst actively trying to get enough new business to work full time on web design, running his own business.
